Order tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information. You can also check the status in the My Account section of Pijama  website or on DHL or BRT by inserting the tracking number supplied. Shipping times will vary. Please refer to our shipping section for more information. Pijama cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction. Please note that you have 30 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us if you don't receive it. If you contact us after this 30 day period, we cannot guarantee your refund.


You can cancel your order, for any reason. Once it has been processed, you cannot cancel but you may return your order. Alternatively, You can use the contact form, or call us on +39 02 36566173 (Available Monday to Friday 9am-6pm GMT).


Shipping Information

We ship worldwide via DHL Express, BRT and Crono service by Poste Italiane. All services make deliveries between Monday and Friday 9am-6pm.

Please note that some services may not be available in all countries. Shipping is calculated at the checkout.

Shipping Times:

Most of Europe: delivery within 2-5 working days. Rest of the world: delivery within 5-15 working days
